What is it about?
The new online medical service with video consultation puts you in direct contact with one of our doctors to help answer questions about symptoms, offer an opinion about pain or ailments, identify the need for diagnostic tets, and/or refer you to a specialist for an in-person appointment.
This service also aims to decrease the risks associated with in-person visits to health care facilities at this time of emergency and containment of Covid-19.
The service is not intended for emergency medical problems.
How does it work?
Online medical appointments with video consultations have an average duration that varies between 15 and 30 minutes, with the exception of the psychological video consultation which lasts 45 minutes.
Appointments can be scheduled online and paid for directly from home by clicking on the corresponding button for the service you have chosen.
Payment is made by credit card or Paypal.
