Dear Patient,
in order to guarantee everyone’s safety, we ask you to respect some simple but essential rules:
- Mandatory subscription of the self-declaration form
- It is strongly recommended, to speed up entry to the clinic on the day of the examination / visit and avoid any possibility of gathering, to arrive at the facility already equipped with the completed and signed self-declaration form;
- enter the clinic near the time of calling for visits and examinations;
- always show up with a health card;
- do not enter the facility in the presence of accompanying persons for visits and examinations (except for cases of particular care need, minors and non self-sufficient patients);
- comply with the obligation to undergo triage, to measure the inlet temperature and other safety measures now known as sanitizing hands and wearing the mask correctly.
